Cajun Sprinkle Baked Chicken Breasts

Super juicy breaded oven baked chicken breasts with a cajun kick!

I often make breaded chicken breasts but usually find them dry and bland.  Decided to try something different and see if I could take it up a notch.  It worked!  Once again Far Out Foodz came to my rescue with their "Cajun Sprinkle".  I insist you have to get yourself some Cajun Sprinkle!  it goes great on anything.  You can try and use other cajun spice mixes, but it won't be the same!


>  4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

> 4 tblsp mayonnaise

> 2 - 4 tbsp Cajun Sprinkle (more or less depending on your taste)

> 2 tsp paprika

> 2 tsp garlic powder

> 1 tsp salt

> 1 tsp pepper

> 1 cup panko breadcrumbs


Preheat oven to 425F

I use a lightly oiled #10 cast iron skillet for this so I have lots of room (a baking sheet will work)

Slather chicken breasts with mayonnaise on all sides and set aside

In a bowl or ziploc bag mix the panko, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Cajun Sprinkle.

Dredge or shake each chicken breast in the mixture making sure to press the mixture into the chicken a bit so it sticks.

Place chicken in the pan and put into preheated oven.

bake for 25 to 45 mins until chicken is fully cooked(internal temp 165F

Serve with your favorite side (goes great with mac & cheese!)
