Cheddar Jalapeno Rolls


Super easy to make.  Taste incredible!!  Cheese and jalapenos mixed all the way through.  I swear I could eat these for breakfast , lunch and dinner.  They take no time at all to make and go with almost everything!

Ingredients:

> 2 cups flour

>  2 1/4 tsp rapid rise yeast

>  2 tbsp sugar

>  1/2 tsp salt

>  1/2 cup milk

>  1/4 cup water

>  2 tbsp butter

>  2 jalapenos diced small

>  1 cup cheddar grated

Directions:

Add 3/4 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl on stand mixer

Warm milk, water, and butter in microwave until very warm (130 degrees F), and add to the flour mixture.

Add the jalapenos and cheddar

Mix 2 minutes at medium speed with dough hook

Continue adding 1/4 cup flour and mixing until soft dough forms

 Mix an additional 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic

Cover; let rest 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape into balls.

Place in greased 9-inch round pan.

Cover; let rise until doubled in size, or about 30 minutes.

Brush tops with egg wash

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
